Zwischen 2010 und 2017 trafen sich die in Berlin lebende US-amerikanische Performancekünstlerin Vaginal Davis und der Filmjournalist Manuel Schubert (filmanzeiger) allmonatlich zum Gespräch, anlässlich der montalichen Filmshow RISING STARS FALLING STARS im Kino Arsenal. Gespräche, weniger über die Filme im Programm, sondern vielmehr über die Geschichten hinter den Filmen und über die Gerüchte und (Halb-)Wahrheiten Hollywoods und des Weltkinos.

Since2010 and 2017 the Berlin-based cinephile, performance-artist & gossip-specialist Vaginal Davis and the filmcritic Manuel Schubert (filmanzeiger) met every month for an interview-session. They talked about Vaginal Davis' monthly (silent-)movie show RISING STARS, FALLING STARS at the Arsenal Institut für Film & Videokunst. But theese talks were not really about the movies, it was all about the storys behind them! The untold gossip and the concealed film history of Hollywood and the world.
